How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of shop.gearscoot.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I am very satisfied. Luckily, my scooter came without any damage, and with tires already pumped up. I weigh 80 kg and reached speed 65km/h on flat road. Acceleration is dangerous in this one! Cars in the city are pretty jealous thanks to that and the fact that I easily reach any point in the city without waiting in a traffic jam.

WOW !!! This scooter looks much better in live then on the photos. I did order the 32Ah version with seat shipped from spain, but it was shipped from germany. NO complaints here, because i recieved the scooter much faster this way. I way around the 100 kg mark and i can only say, WOW. This scooter is VERY FAST ! I cruise passed speedpedelecs (bike that go around 45 km/hour ) like it is nothing. Believe me if i say that i am smiling the whole time when i ride this scooter. About the store: He/she did respond to all my questions within 24 hours or less. (keep in mind the time difference) 5 STARS ALL THE WAY for this seller !!! I only want to suggest buyers to go for the larger Ah battery if they can, so you can enjoy the ride longer for every charge.

This scooter is the Beast! Had trouble with controller on first ride but Joy responded in 5 minutes (at 10pm their time) and sent a new one the next day air freight! Have been having fun ever since. Joy has been extremely helpful throughout the process.

Scooter arrived on time, appear to be undamaged. But the battery was ZERO and the headlamp was not screw in. Also there was no instructions on how to program the scooter. The scooter had 9 programming options but there was no instructions on how to set it up. I tested my scooter and it goes as fast the Xiaomi M365. I tried all the speed options, from dual motor + turbo to single motor + Eco mode and the scooter runs about the same max speed when the acceleration is press all the way. Also, my speedometer show max speed of 14 mph on any speed mode. So, either i get a bad scooter or the programming is not correct.

Very great scooter and very fast! They send the wrong charger, I contacted them and they send me the right one. My rear mudguard broke after a few rides, they send me a new one. Display was black after a few days I don’t know why. But they send me a new one. Very good support! FLJ great job! But keep improving this scooter. Scooter arrived within 8 days from Spain to the Netherlands.

Great product. arrived to Australia after 2 weeks. Solid build very fast scooter. Not a toy for kids. Serious comuting vehicle with lots of torque. Havent tested top speed but will write another review after fully testing the vehicle. Seller highly recommended and will purchase again.

Preis leistung absolut top! Mit nur einem Motor kann man absolut ausreichend schnell Fahren 40-50 KMH auch steigungen sind kein Problem.. So fährt er sehr geschmeidig würde ich sagen und beschleunigt auch gut.. Schaltet man aber den 2. Motor hinzu, wow dann geht das teil ab wie Hölle!! mit mir ca 75 Kg um die 70 KMH wobei ich sagen muss alles über 35-45 KMH war für mich nur zum testen , ohne voll Protection ist das sehr gefährlich und ich bin eher so der Cruiser.. Es ist einfach ein tolles gefühl zu wissen das man Power ohne ende zur verfügung hat wenn man sie braucht und auch einen sehr steilen Berg ohne Probleme hochkommt, reichweite muss ich noch testen, aber Akku stand nach ca 50 KM mit viel stop and go noch ca bei 50% undf ich hab das 32 AH Modell also gemütlich dahin Cruisen mit den erlaubten 20 KMH sollten 100 KM machbar sein, bzw auch darüber.

The order came already after 3 working days. Which is very fast. When shipping arrives, I had to pay another 80.- CHF at UPS for customs clearance. I’m very satisfied with this product. I am 105kg and I came to a speed of 75km / h. Battery lasts a long time. The charging takes about 6-7h. The power supply is a bit loud and annoying. Otherwise the product makes a very robust impression so far. I hope it stays that way. With the store, the contact runs well and fast. Until now, I got a good support.
