After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible via email when the order is confirmed.
Once the order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the supplier and shipping destination. Please check the shipping details for each product for the expected delivery duration to prevent disappointment.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.
IMPORTANT: If the item is damaged, you can sign for it as Damaged and we can then file a claim with the logistics company and have the item sent back and replaced. However, if there is damage and you sign for it as Not Damaged, then we will need for you to send information and photos on the damage so that we can work with you to resolve the situation. At Gearscoot, our aim is to provide you with a simple, Free Shipping Policy on your purchases. We are able to provide this cost benefit to you by keeping the delivery date flexible.
Therefore we are unable to provide you a specific delivery date for your order. An estimated delivery date for your order is dependent on the individual product(s) shipping details indicated on the product page.
If you need a product within a specific date, we encourage you to order products that provide a shorter shipping duration.
The delivery time for your order depends on the item(s) that you have ordered. As your item(s) are being shipped from our overseas suppliers, the delivery time may vary from 7 to 50 working days depending on your country of origin. For the most accurate delivery time of your item(s), please refer to its specific product page under the "Shipping" Tab.
If you find some items missing in your parcel, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and indicate the items that are missing from your parcel. We will investigate the matter for you right away.
Any product bought through our website (gearscoot.com) is protected in case the item(s) received is not as described or damaged.* In any such case please email us at email@example.com. We can arrange a return within 14 days of the receipt of your product.
The product must be returned in the resale-able condition it arrived in, with its original boxes.
Return tracking number must be provided.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 14 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the time you contact us with the required information for the return.
Mandatory Return Requirements:
For all returns, the original product packaging must be returned along with the item. Else, return will not be accepted.
The product has not being installed or had any data inputted
Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met (check out below for non-valid reasons)
Buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs
Your returns must be due to the following conditions:
Product arrived damaged - Damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
Product is defective
Product is different from what is advertised
Wrong product is delivered
Product is missing items/parts
The following return scenarios are not valid:
An item you claim is not as described, but based on photos sent to us, we can prove that it is.
Items are as described, but you've changed your mind.
Order Has Not Shipped: $30 administration fee when canceled. This is to account for the manpower hours that went into the product preparation and the order fulfilment process. If product is not in stock, you will not be charged this fee.
Order Has Shipped: Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
Buyer's Remorse Return or Refused Delivery: Buyer is responsible for delivery (outbound) and return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee, unless the shipment comes visibly damaged and defective.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that you used when placing your order.
