Unfortunately the packaging was damaged. I have accepted the delivery from DPD because hoped that the vacuum cleaner itself was not damaged. But this was not the case. There was a scratch on the side of the unit. I have contacted the store, but couldn’t get a clear answer. On my second request (about the invoice) I haven’t receive any answer at all. I am very dissappointed with the customer service of this store. As for the vacuum cleaner: I am very happy to have such “help” at my home.

Great product that works as expected. I am really happy with the quality vs price of xiaomi products. There was an issue with local shipping with the package not beeing deliverd to the correct area. This caused me extra work where i had to send an email to the shipping company and it caused a delay in shipping. I am unsure if this is due to the store or due to the local shipping company.
